SALTED / FERMENTED FISH
( PAKASAPM )
- Nasi merah ( dianjurkan );
- Garam;
- Ikan segar air tawar;
- Toples ( Kaca lebih baik )
Cara membuat:
Masak nasi, dan didinginkan, bersihkan ikan.
Nasi di campur ikan dan diberi garam ( secukupnya ); lalu masukan dalam toples kaca. Biarkan selama 14 hari ( 2 Minggu ). Siap untuk di goreng.
Ingredients:
- - Brown rice (recommended);
- - Salt;
- - Fresh fish freshwater;
- - Toples (glass is better)
How to make:
Cook rice, and cooled, clean the fish.
Fish and rice mixed with salt (to taste); then input into a glass toples. Let stand for 14 days (2 weeks).
Ready for cooking.
