Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim.BN or its allies allegedly paying some writers to write propaganda articles in mainstream publications in the United States (U.S.), according to U.S. news portal - BuzzFeed - targeted against PKR de facto leader Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim.Such disclosure shall be made after the Joshua Trevino, described as a conservative pundit, file 'compulsory disclosure "on Feb. 24 under a U.S. law that requires foreign agents to register.Document was published in web Foreign Agents Registration Act (Fara), U.S. Department of Justice.Seven-page document reveals that the company Apco Worldwide lobbyist, David All Group and FBC Media has engaged Trevino between May 2008 and April 2011 to act on behalf of "the government, the party ruler, or interest to her."He paid a total of U.S. $ 389,724.70 (about RM1.2 million) and a trip to Kuala Lumpur for her work, including the website blog is now defunct malaysiamatters.com, malaysiawatcher.com, and hired 10 writers, who some of which are known to be pro-Israel.However, Trevino, who was then the director of consulting Trevino Strategies and Media Inc, claimed in the document that the author was awarded the freedom of editorial and publishing their writings are not subject to approval or customers.Trevino himself also wrote about in a blog in MalaysiaU.S. newspaper, the Huffington Post, including writing in August 2010 to defend the trial against Anwar Sodomy 11 at the time.Other writings, and the writings of other authors hired, is supporting the 'Global Movement Moderation' Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak and Najib other efforts to strengthen the relationship between religion.Other authors hired by Trevino also insisted they be given freedom in their writing when Buzzfeed contact them for comment, including conservative author Ben Domenech.

BN atau sekutunya didakwa membayar beberapa penulis untuk menulis artikel propaganda dalam penerbitan arus perdana di Amerika Syarikat (AS), yang menurut portal berita AS - BuzzFeed - disasarkan terhadap Ketua Umum PKR, Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim.
Pendedahan tersebut dibuat selepas Joshua Trevino,
yang digambarkan sebagai cendekiawan konservatif, memfailkan 'compulsory disclosure' pada 24 Februari di bawah satu undang-undang AS yang mengkehendaki ejen asing mendaftar.

Dokumen itu telah disiarkan dilamanweb Akta Pendaftaran Ejen Asing (Fara), Jabatan Kehakiman AS.

Dokumen tujuh halaman itu mendedahkan bahawa syarikat pelobi Apco Worldwide, David All Group dan FBC Media telah mendapatkan khidmat Trevino antara Mei 2008 dan April 2011 untuk bertindak bagi pihak  'kerajaan Malaysia, parti pemerintahnya, atau kepentingan yang rapat dengannya'.

Beliau dibayar sebanyak AS$389,724.70 (kira-kira RM1.2 juta) dan satu perjalanan ke Kuala Lumpur untuk kerja-kerja beliau, yang termasuk blog di lamanweb yang kini tidak berfungsi lagi malaysiamatters.com malaysiawatcher.com, dan mengupah  10 penulis, yang sesetengah daripadanya dikenali sebagai pro-Israel.

Bagaimanapun, Trevino, yang ketika itu merupakan pengarah perunding kumpulan Trevino Strategies and Media Inc, mendakwa dalam dokumen itu bahawa penulis terbabit diberi kebebasan editorial dan penerbitan tulisan mereka tidak tertakluk kepada kelulusannya atau pelanggannya.
Trevino sendiri turut menulis mengenai Malaysia di satu blog di
akhbar US, Huffington Post, termasuk tulisan pada Ogos 2010 yang mempertahankan perbicaraan Liwat 11 terhadap Anwar ketika itu.

Tulisannya yang lain, serta tulisan penulis lain yang diupah itu, adalah menyokong 'Pergerakan Global Kesederhanaan' Perdana Menteri, Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak dan usaha lain Najib untuk mengukuhkan hubungan antara agama.

Penulis lain yang diupah oleh Trevino juga menegaskan mereka diberi kebebasan dalam tulisan mereka apabila Buzzfeed menghubungi mereka untuk mendapatkan komen, termasuk penulis konservatif Ben Domenech.
